Patricia Nebbeling is an award-winning painter who is recognized for her expressive brushwork and use of color.  She is a Signature Member of The Oil Painters of America (OPA), American Impressionist Society (AIS) and the Hudson Valley Art Association (HVAA) A citizen of both the United States and the United Kingdom , Patricia has exhibited throughout both countries.
