Patrica Nebbeling is an award winning painter and signature member of the Oil Painters of America and the Hudson Valley Art Association. Patricia currently lives in London, UK where she was born. Her work has been juried into events in both the United Kingdom and the United States including theRoyal Institute of Oil Painters, the Society of Women Artists, the Oil Painters of America (OPA) National and Regional Shows, the American Impressionist Society (AIS) National Juried Exhibitions and Plein Air events nationwide.
